Sitt still for a moment and take in these words from our meditation February 16th 2021:

At your core,

at your deep self,

there is an amazing healing presence always present.

We're slowly trying to wake up to that reality

- that spaciousness.

That conviction of our true worth.

And this meditation space is a doorway to that awareness.

Anytime, anyplace, you can grow just a little bit quiet

- you can reconnect.

It may be stronger in a group.

But it could be totally present.

Regardless of where you are,

or what the circumstances are.

It's like quieting the mind,

going inward for just a moment.

And there is the presence awaiting to send energy

to make the connection strong.
